Role: Lead Project Manager - Client Facing

As lead PM on the Toyota and Lexus CRM accounts, I oversaw nearly two years of ongoing campaign work across email, landing pages, and digital customer comms. The role required high-volume delivery and precision across multiple concurrent work streams, from creative brief through to design, production and deployment.

This was foundational, rhythm-based work, the kind that holds a brand together behind the scenes. I led weekly planning, client reviews, and internal team delivery across markets.
